Our 2024/2025 Indoor Softball Tournaments are posted and ready for your team to register with us. All tournaments are a minimum of 3 games with the possibility of more games pending on the teams success. The Single Eliminaton and Madness in March tournaments are bracket style events in which all teams play two games for seeding, followed by bracket play. The weekend long events are pool play events with the top teams playing in the Championship Games. 10U - 12U will have one umpire for all games except for Semi-Final and Championship games in which two umpires will be provided. 13U and up games will have two umpires for all games. The two High School Tournaments in January and February (Monday's) will have one umpire until the Championship Game.

In December (between Christmas and New Year's) there will be round robin games for baseball and softball. Details will be provided once all planning is complete, please check our site starting in October for these events.

12U Elimination Challenge - November 10th, Max of 8 teams
14U Elimination Challegen - November 17th, Max of 8 teams
2024 Holiday Classic - December 21st and 22nd, Max of 26 teams
2025 Battle in the Bubble - January 18th/19th, Max of 28 teams
2024 King of Queens - January 20th, Max of 8 teams
2025 Duel at the Dome - February 15th/16th, Max of 28 teams
2025 President's Day - February 17th, Max of 8 teams
2025 Madness in March - March 1st, Max of 12 teams

Indoor Tournament Refund Policies:

Any request made  60 days or earlier of the event date you will receive a full refund. The reason for this long of a notice, is due to the quick nature of our tournaments filling. Once a team learns they cannot register or are put on the wait-list, we have a hard time getting those customers back.

Any requests made under 30 days will follow the following procedures:

If we are able to replace your team, with the new team paying the full tournament amount, you will receive 100% refund. If we have to discount to get a team into the event, you will receive the difference. Once the schedule is released, no refunds granted. If we can replace your team, we will refund 100%, unless we had to discount the tournament fee to get a team in last minute, you will receive the difference. Sometimes we may have to give the tournament spot away, due to the lateness of the cancelletion.  

If weather causes us to cancel a tournament and no games are played, you will receive a 50% refund. If one game is played to its entirety, no refunds will be granted.
