The 2025/2026 Winter Softball Tournament Schedule is now available for teams to register. If there are enough teams to schedule the odd ages we will (9U, 11U, 13U), but ages maybe combined. All events are 3 games guaranteed with games starting at 7:00am and ending around midnight. Each age will have a championship game, with awards given to 1st and 2nd place teams. We schedule in blocks, youngest age groups start the day, then we roll in each age group, finishing with the oldest age groups at night. You will never play late on Saturday and then early on Sunday. No gate or additional fees to play.

14U Elimination Challenge - November 16th, Max of 8 teams
12U Elimination Challegen - November 23rd, Max of 8 teams
2024 Holiday Classic - December 27th, Max of 16 teams
2025 Battle in the Bubble - January 17th/18th, Max of 28 teams
2024 King of Queens - January 19th, Max of 8 teams
2025 Duel at the Dome - February 14th/15th, Max of 28 teams
2025 President's Day - February 16th, Max of 8 teams
2025 Madness in March - March 7th, Max of 12 teams

Indoor Tournament Refund Policies:

Any request made  60 days or earlier of the event date you will receive a full refund. The reason for this long of a notice, is due to the quick nature of our tournaments filling. Once a team learns they cannot register or are put on the wait-list, we have a hard time getting those customers back.

Any requests made under 30 days will follow the following procedures:

If we are able to replace your team, with the new team paying the full tournament amount, you will receive 100% refund. If we have to discount to get a team into the event, you will receive the difference. Once the schedule is released, no refunds granted. If we can replace your team, we will refund 100%, unless we had to discount the tournament fee to get a team in last minute, you will receive the difference. Sometimes we may have to give the tournament spot away, due to the lateness of the cancelletion.  

If weather causes us to cancel a tournament and no games are played, you will receive a 50% refund. If one game is played to its entirety, no refunds will be granted.
